Being from Petite Riviere de Nippes and growing up to close to the ocean, Charlens always knew he would be involved in something that connects him to the sea.  Yet, he also was passionate about anything involving electronics, so he was hoping one day to combine both those passions. 

Having learned computer technology in high school, Charlens is the resident technical specialist and he also serves as the drone pilot and boat captain.  Many of his brothers and sisters are involved in Haiti Ocean Project and he is very proud of his family involvement.
